The PH series is specifically designed for phosphating applications. It produces a hollow cone spray with large droplets and low impingement, resulting in a tighter and more consistent phosphate crystalline structure. This spray pattern minimizes the misting of phosphate spray, reducing pre-coating, streaking, and carryover to adjacent stages.
