Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling charges are based on the overall weight of the order, and the region the order is being shipped to.
In stock parts typically ship within one business day. Parts that require manufacturing typically ship within 2 weeks, depending on current circumstances.
Once the order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Return Policy

Online Sales

Customers can return orders placed online at their own expense within 90 days, and will be issued a full credit so long as the parts are unused and in good working order.

Special Orders and Custom Parts

We will not allow returns on SN parts (special nozzles), custom-built parts, or riser assemblies once a design drawing has been signed for approval

How to Make a Return

Contact the sales office in your area. Provide us with the details of your order, and we will e-mail you an RMA (return material authorization) document. Ship the products to the address of the sales office in your area.
