This is a nozzle tip only. A Z-body is required to complete the assembly

SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

A full cone spray pattern, with uniform distribution throughout the cone.

CONSTRUCTION

These nozzles are injection molded and contain a patented insert with larger flow passages than older styles, and are less susceptible to clogging.

ZIP-TIP ASSEMBLY

The ZIP-TIP nozzles feature a design that does not require any tools for installation or removal, thanks to a "light-lock" feature that allows for easy removal. The seals on these nozzles are located on and removed with the nozzle tip, which makes it easy to flush the nozzles.

Standard Materials

POLYPROPYLENE (L) - Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
PVDF (K) - Excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
NATURAL PVDF (KN) - Non-pigmented for optimum purity.
