SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

A full cone spray pattern, with uniform distribution throughout the cone.

CONSTRUCTION

These nozzles are injection molded and contain a patented insert with larger flow passages than older styles, and are less susceptible to clogging.

ZIP-TIP ASSEMBLY

The ZIP-TIP nozzles feature a design that does not require any tools for installation or removal, thanks to a "light-lock" feature that allows for easy removal. The seals on these nozzles are located on and removed with the nozzle tip, which makes it easy to flush the nozzles.

Standard Materials

  • POLYPROPYLENE (L) - Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
  • PVDF (K) - Excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
  • NATURAL PVDF (KN) - Non-pigmented for optimum purity.
