SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

The ZF40 series spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern with a spray angle of 40° at 40 PSI. The spray density tapers off towards the edges of the pattern to allow for overlapping while maintaining uniform spray density. These nozzles are suitable for various washing and spraying applications.

CONSTRUCTION

The models listed are injection molded, one-piece construction.

ZIP-TIP ASSEMBLY

The ZIP-TIP nozzles feature a design that does not require any tools for installation or removal, thanks to a "light-lock" feature that allows for easy removal. The seals on these nozzles are located on and removed with the nozzle tip, which makes it easy to flush the nozzles.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Standard Materials

POLYPROPYLENE (L) - Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
PVDF (K) - Excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
NATURAL PVDF (KN) - Non-pigmented for optimum purity.
