SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

The DF-Series spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern at operating pressures up to 150 psi. The spray density tapers off towards the edges of the pattern to allow for overlapping while maintaining uniform spray density. These thin-disc flat spray nozzles are suitable for various washing and spraying applications and are used in situations where the nozzle must not extend beyond the wall of the header pipe.

CONSTRUCTION

The models listed are machined from bar stock and are one-piece construction. Minimum recommended pipe size is 1” schedule 80. Optimum thread engagement occurs on pipes of 1-1/4” schedule 80 and larger.
