The TWK081 series rotating nozzles provides a reverse 180° spray coverage in a very compact assembly. The maximum recommended operating pressure is 100 psi at 180°F.
Standard nozzle body material is 316 stainless steel with a threadless sanitary connection, ideal for food processing applications where bacterial build-up in the threads is a concern.
The TWK is designed for easy installation and maintenance. It has a self-lubricating and self-cleaning bearing mechanism, which means it does not require additional lubrication and can clean itself to prevent build up of debris. It can be installed in any orientation, and is effective in vessels up to 3 meters (10 feet) in diameter.
All other components, including the nozzle body, are machined from 316 stainless steel.
