The ZPH series is specifically designed for phosphating applications. It produces a hollow cone spray with large droplets and low impingement, resulting in a tighter and more consistent phosphate crystalline structure. This spray pattern minimizes the misting of phosphate spray, reducing pre-coating, streaking, and carryover to adjacent stages.
The models listed are machined from bar stock, and are two piece construction.
The ZIP-TIP nozzles feature a design that does not require any tools for installation or removal, thanks to a "light-lock" feature that allows for easy removal. The seals on these nozzles are located on and removed with the nozzle tip, which makes it easy to flush the nozzles.
