SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

Full cone spray pattern, with uniform distribution throughout the approximately square cone.

CONSTRUCTION

Made of corrosion-resistant plastic and stainless steel and are equipped with a heavy-duty spring clip that can withstand pressures up to 100 PSI at 175° F.

K-BALL ASSEMBLY

The BEX adjustable KZSQ assemblies are designed for use in multi-stage washers and spray wash machines. These assemblies can be easily installed by drilling a 9/16” hole into a 1“, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, or 2” pipe and attaching the assembly to the pipe using the clip. They use a KZBD adapter and an injection molded Zip-Tip nozzle, which allows for quick installation and removal of the nozzle tip, as well as precise alignment of the spray pattern. These features make the K-Ball assemblies a convenient and cost-effective solution for large washing systems.

Standard Materials

POLYPROPYLENE (LL) -Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
PVDF (KK) - Excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
