SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS

The BPH ball is specifically designed for phosphating applications. It produces a hollow cone spray with large droplets and low impingement, resulting in a tighter and more consistent phosphate crystalline structure. This spray pattern minimizes the misting of phosphate spray, reducing pre-coating, streaking, and carryover to adjacent stages.

CONSTRUCTION

Made of corrosion-resistant plastic and stainless steel and are equipped with a heavy-duty spring clip that can withstand pressures up to 100 PSI at 175° F

K-BALL ASSEMBLY

The BEX adjustable K-Ball assemblies are designed to be installed on a pre-drilled pipe (9/16” in diameter) by simply clipping them over the pipe. The KZSQ assemblies also come with a KZBD adapter and an injection molded Zip-Tip nozzle, which allows for easy installation and removal of the nozzle tip and provides precise alignment of the spray pattern.

Standard Materials

  • POLYPROPYLENE (LL) -Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. Useful up to 175°F.
  • PVDF (KK) - Excellent durability and abrasion resistance and is inert to most chemicals. Useful up to 300°F.
