Spray systems for emissions reduction, gas scrubbing, and environmental compliance.
Air pollution control equipment — wet scrubbers, quench towers, and gas conditioning systems — exists specifically to keep a facility in compliance with its environmental permit, which means the spray nozzles inside that equipment are, functionally, compliance equipment. A clogged or misaligned nozzle in a scrubber reduces gas-liquid contact and removal efficiency exactly when full performance is required, and a droplet that doesn't fully evaporate in a quench zone can carry through to downstream equipment and cause corrosion or buildup. These systems typically run continuously, handle corrosive and particulate-laden liquor, and cannot tolerate unplanned downtime for nozzle maintenance. BEX manufactures nozzles built for this duty, including Full Cone threaded nozzles for scrubbing liquor, YS/YH series clog-resistant full cone and hollow cone nozzles, BEX C Series hydraulic atomizing nozzles, and JPL series pneumatic nozzles for fine-droplet gas quenching.
